On May 22 the Mayor of Szczecin celebrated with a formal gala the best entrepreneurs in the region. During the banquet the Mayor handed out the "Business Compass" (orig. "Busola Biznesu") awards of 2013.

AMC Art Medical Center was named "Innovation of the Year" and its co-founder dr Artur Sliwinski received the award personally. The jury recognized the AMC's high technology standards and innovations introduced in its operating room and entire facility.
